Though it is the goal of every business to make profit, it should also ensure that customers are deeply satisfied with the goods and services offered to them. This would ensure that customers keep patronizing the business enterprise. If a business enterprise only has the intention of making profit and not satisfying customers, it could end up providing substandard goods and services to customers, which can make them shift to another business enterprise. It is alright for a business to want to make profit, but it shouldn’t be at the expense of the satisfaction of customers.
Business enterprises should ensure they place their focus on customers. This means that they should always ensure that customers are happy after being offered goods and services. It is said that the best means of advert is via customers. This is because customers are bound to tell their friends, families and other people about the conduct, efficiency and reliability of a business enterprise.
